is going to answer the question how do I take a picture of my students working upload it for their teacher I'm going to go through this process in a series of screenshots in steps but for those of you who learn faster watching someone do it you can fast-forward to the end to see a video of it in real time on an actual device older and sharing it with your teacher First Step you're going to download the app to your phone if you're on an Android you'll go to the Google Play store and find Google Drive and install it from there if you are an iPhone user or an iPad User you are going to go into the app store and find Google drive to download and install to your device after you've downloaded the app we come to step 2 we're going to open the Drive app email and password when you open the app you'll see a screen that has a sign in button when you click this you need to put the email into the box and then put in your student password after you're locked in come to the home screen the plus sign button in the bottom right corner once you click on that going to select the folder button to create a new folder after you've created a new folder you're going to name the folder 2020 - 2021 now you will see the folder in your students Google drive if you click the three dots to the right of the folder name you'll be able to click on share and type it email addresses of the teacher or teachers you want to have access you want to make sure that you makes a teacher at commenter before you click the paper airplane to send the invite now that you've shared this folder with your student teacher or teachers are ready to start uploading documents to prepare for attaching to the first thing you're going to do if it's not already open and make sure you click on the folder button in the bottom right corner when you click on the folder button you're going to find the school year 2020-2021 Fuller and click on it once you open that folder you're going to click the plus button corner of your screen when you click on that plus button it's going to give you some options click on upload if you already have the picture or. on your device you can take a new picture of your students work by clicking on used camera click on used camera permission to use your photos on camera take a picture of your students work making shirts and focus the teacher can read it and then check to see if you're before you click used and it will automatically upload if you're not happy with it there's also an option for you to retake the photo at the bottom of the photo-taking scream now that is added to the folder you want to click on the three line next to it and throw down to rename once you click on rename you can delete the text that's already there and renamed it to match the assignment title that is what is now saved in your students folder in your ready to attach this in your learning management system now here's a video of this whole process in easy way to get a picture from your phone into a format that easily uploadable to any learning management system using the first thing you want to do is go to the App Store I make sure that you have downloaded Google Drive Google Drive is free and your child already have a login to this using their school download Google Drive with your students username and your student password once you're inside your Google Drive you're going to click down here at the folder button and you are going to make a new folder year 20 20 20 20 months so now you can see my folders my students teacher down arrow here right now it says editor my teacher to necessarily be so I'm going to comment I'm going to send that link to my teacher anything I put into this.
