At the Junction City School District Preschool and Daycare we strive to do our best, show kindness always and to make learning fun!
I'm Hannah Howe, the Program Director and Lead Teacher at the JCSD Preschool and Daycare. I am excited you are here and hope you choose to join us.
The JCSD Preschool and Daycare was established in 1994 and has been a valuable resource to the children and families of Junction City since that time. We are now located in newly renovated classroom spaces, adjacent to the Junction City Preschool Promise classrooms on the campus of Junction City High School. Our new space has given us much more room to grow and learn, these include a primary classroom, napateria "for lunch and rest time", indoor movement room, courtyard, and recess space shared with the Preschool Promise class. In addition to on campus programming, we typically schedule three field trips a year, when we leave campus and learn in other public spaces such as the pumpkin patch, fire station, and kids museum.
Children enrolled in the JCSD Preschool and Daycare participate in a variety of activities each day intended to support learning and development in the areas listed below.
