Living in Junction City    Back to Top

Junction City is a small town of approximately 4000 people located just twelve miles North of Oregon's second largest city Eugene. Founded in 1875, the town was settled mostly by Scandanavian immigrants who farmed the rich soil of the Willamette Valley. The town celebrates its origins each August with a four day festival filled with Scandanavian dancing and delicious foods. Although the town has grown greatly over the past 100 years, it still retains its sense of community and small town atmosphere.
